Overview:
WINTEC is to establish new learning spaces that integrate international leading edge technology and pedagogy approaches, all with a view to best preparing students for work life aligned to industry expectations. To create a dynamic and effective Support and Administrative work place, leveraged from existing premises and the dedicated staff who value WINTEC as an organization that provides flexibility, a sense of purpose and an opportunity to truly make a difference to students, industry and the community alike. Partnered with Workplace Factor Ltd to complete a Workplace Strategy Review assessing the current administration environment and investigate the potential of new ways of working and implementation of activity-based working across the WINTEC city campus in Hamilton. The review included conducting Executive leadership interviews, key stakeholder workshops, current property and premises assessment and workplace analysis providing detailed report and recommendations.
