Overview:
Sport Waitakere were investigating options for new premises within West Auckland district. The engagement with Sport Waitakere was to provide a strategy and change programme that would assist the decision making on location choices and how to operate in a new environment. I facilitated a variety of information gathering workshops with all their people to ensure the many ways of working and interacting with the community were considered.
I also facilitated the design and donated furniture solutions to maximise budget options and to create a new vibrant welcoming community and workspace.
The outcome was a joint venture workplace designed specifically to their needs and those of the West Auckland community that Sport Waitakere support.
