Overview:
Connect Auckland is a design and build of new workspace at Vero Centre, Auckland. Partnered with Workplace Factor Ltd as Project Director to lead the refurbishment programme consolidating 900 staff from 8.5 dispersed workspace environments into five consecutive floors and installing new interconnected stairwell. The role is responsible for full project management, architectural design and layout, construction, procurement, technology, relocation and change management to implement new flexible Smart working principles ensuring all staff are informed, engaged and prepared on the journey into more open and flexible way of working.
