Overview:

Panuku New Home project is to design and build new workspace at Wyndham St, CBD, Auckland. Contracted to Panuku to lead the design and implementation of the workplace strategy and change management programme to support their 170 people in preparation for the relocation to new premises and new activity working principles. Collaborating with all external and internal teams to ensure their brand, culture and new ways of working are aligned. Assessed and implemented a paper and storage reduction programme, aligned to new operational processes. Designed and implemented a full communication programme. Managed a smooth and well executed relocation programme.
