Christchurch City Council
The Christchurch City Council were in the process of designing and building a new 5 GreenStar NZ Civic Building in Hereford St, Christchurch scheduled for occupation in August 2010. Approximately 1200 staff and all business functions, who were currently located across 4 external sites, would occupy this new office space.
I was engaged by the General Manager Human Resources to provide transitional change management coaching, mentoring anddirect support for the new Civic Building change management team.
My responsibilities included:
- Facilitated workshops with the change management team
- Designed and assisted the implementation of change and user group structures
- Provided templates, guidelines, stakeholder analysis, impact and risk assessments
- Reviewed progress on a regular basis
